Lawmaker Wants To Make A Change In The Seat Belt Law

LINCOLN (AP) - A Nebraska state senator says he wants to make the seat belt law a primary offense, which means you can be pulled over for not buckling up. Senator John Harms of Scottsbluff says he's interested in changing the law because "it saves lives."
