The American Red Cross Blood Station in Norfolk takes blood donations each Tuesday from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm at 1603 Prospect Ave, on the north side of Faith Regional Health Services East Campus.

The Compassionate Friends will meet on Thursday at the O'Neill Methodist Church at 7:30 pm. (The group meets on the third Thursday each month).
